RETURNING MERCHANDISE

We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from RC-Helistore within 7 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please E-Mail us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!

RESPONSIBILITY

When ordering any parts, it is the customer responsibility to make sure that the parts will fit his or her model. Please consult either the manufacturer or email your question to our support team before placing an order. We will answer your question to the best of our capability.

We DO NOT ACCEPT responsibility for crash damage. Please read all manuals and follow the manufacturerís guidelines.
